AI decisions, not AI assessments
A maturity score answers nothing. What matters is "what do we do on Monday?" — and a prioritized use-case backlog on a 0–3–6–12 month horizon.
The new divide is not "can you use AI"
It is "can you tell when AI is wrong." If you can't explain the AI's answer in your own words, you have output — not knowledge.
Roles change — they don't die
AI writes most of the code now, yet engineers ship more than ever: they direct, decide, review. The scarce skill is picking the problem worth solving.

Why I Built XplAInIT
After years in enterprise IT, I kept seeing the same problem: technical teams doing excellent work — but managers unable to understand it. The result? Expensive consultants, theoretical frameworks, and transformation theater. Nothing actually changes.
